Alexander Jóhannson was born in Germany and has his musical base and farm in Iceland. As a composer he crafts evocative, often dark and sometimes minimalist soundscapes with an approach to bridge the gap between various genres of music from time to time. His work focuses on inviting the listeners to his musical journey because he is convinced that most chapters of the story of music have not yet been told.
